河合政之（ヴィデオアーティスト／オーガナイザー）

デヴィッド・エリオット（初代森美術館館長）に「日本の最もエキサイティングなヴィデオ・アーティストの一人」と賞賛を受けるなど、その哲学的で先鋭的な映像作品は高い評価を受け、世界25カ国以上で上映、NYクィーンズ美術館（アメリカ）や国立国際美術館（日本）などにコレクションされている。文化庁、ポーラ美術振興財団の派遣芸術家としてNYで活動。帰国後、新しい時代のシーンを切り開く多才なアーティストとして各界から注目されている。

His video oriented activity have been reputed world-wide. His video works have been shown, nominated and awarded in over 25 countries, and included in collections of Queens Museum of Art, New York; National Museum of Art, Osaka; Oberhausen International Short Film Festival, Germany etc. He lives and works in Tokyo and New York.
